初學瑜伽的注意事項
1.練(lian)(lian)習(xi)(xi)(xi)之前(qian)禁吃的(de)太飽,或者吃飽最少2小(xiao)時后再開(kai)始(shi)練(lian)(lian)習(xi)(xi)(xi)瑜(yu)伽。??2.處(chu)于生理期(qi)、孕期(qi),或有高血壓的(de)人(ren)群應(ying)該(gai)避免高難度動作。??3.某一動作練(lian)(lian)習(xi)(xi)(xi)時感(gan)到不適應(ying)立即停(ting)止練(lian)(lian)習(xi)(xi)(xi)并休息,不能硬撐。??4.練(lian)(lian)習(xi)(xi)(xi)中動作要(yao)緩慢輕柔注意要(yao)量...
