初學瑜伽的注意事項
1.練習(xi)之前禁(jin)吃(chi)(chi)的太飽,或(huo)(huo)者(zhe)吃(chi)(chi)飽最少2小時(shi)后再開始練習(xi)瑜(yu)伽。??2.處于生(sheng)理期(qi)、孕期(qi),或(huo)(huo)有高(gao)血(xue)壓的人群(qun)應(ying)該避免高(gao)難度(du)動(dong)(dong)作。??3.某一動(dong)(dong)作練習(xi)時(shi)感(gan)到不適應(ying)立即停止(zhi)練習(xi)并休(xiu)息,不能硬撐。??4.練習(xi)中(zhong)動(dong)(dong)作要(yao)緩(huan)慢輕柔注意要(yao)量...
