初學瑜伽的注意事項
1.練(lian)習(xi)之前禁吃(chi)的(de)太飽(bao)(bao),或(huo)者吃(chi)飽(bao)(bao)最少2小(xiao)時(shi)后(hou)再開始(shi)練(lian)習(xi)瑜伽。??2.處于生理期、孕(yun)期,或(huo)有(you)高(gao)血壓的(de)人群應該(gai)避(bi)免高(gao)難度動(dong)(dong)作(zuo)。??3.某一動(dong)(dong)作(zuo)練(lian)習(xi)時(shi)感(gan)到不適應立即停止練(lian)習(xi)并休息,不能硬(ying)撐。??4.練(lian)習(xi)中(zhong)動(dong)(dong)作(zuo)要緩(huan)慢輕(qing)柔注(zhu)意要量(liang)...
