初學瑜伽的注意事項
1.練(lian)(lian)習之(zhi)前(qian)禁吃(chi)的太飽(bao),或(huo)者吃(chi)飽(bao)最少2小時后再開始練(lian)(lian)習瑜伽。??2.處于(yu)生(sheng)理期、孕期,或(huo)有高血(xue)壓的人群應(ying)該避免高難度(du)動(dong)作(zuo)。??3.某一動(dong)作(zuo)練(lian)(lian)習時感到不適應(ying)立(li)即停(ting)止練(lian)(lian)習并休(xiu)息,不能硬撐。??4.練(lian)(lian)習中動(dong)作(zuo)要緩慢輕柔注意要量(liang)...
