初學瑜伽的注意事項
1.練(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)習(xi)(xi)之(zhi)前禁(jin)吃(chi)的(de)太飽(bao),或(huo)者(zhe)吃(chi)飽(bao)最(zui)少2小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)后再開始練(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)習(xi)(xi)瑜伽(jia)。??2.處于生(sheng)理(li)期(qi)、孕期(qi),或(huo)有高(gao)血壓的(de)人(ren)群應(ying)該避(bi)免(mian)高(gao)難度動作。??3.某一動作練(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)習(xi)(xi)時(shi)(shi)感(gan)到(dao)不適應(ying)立即停(ting)止練(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)習(xi)(xi)并休息,不能(neng)硬(ying)撐。??4.練(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)習(xi)(xi)中動作要(yao)緩慢輕柔注意(yi)要(yao)量...
